Regards Restaurant in Portland, ME is a Los Angeles inspired restaurant co-owned by Neil Zabriskie, 0f afro-cubano and polish heritage.

Regards brings together food memories from Chef Neil’s childhood in Los Angeles, as well as his experiences in Mexico City, New York City and Maine.  Smoke and peppers combined with the bounty Maine provides creates a dining experience like no other here in Portland.

Menu highlights include a eucalyptus margarita, avocado with salsa macha, scallop ceviche with sour orange and radish, wagyu tri-tip served with a rich mole sauce and crispy, crunchy fried rice with Maine crab and aji amarillo pepper aioli.

Chef Neil moved from Los Angeles to NYC, where he worked for about 10 years.  He relocated to Portland, ME in 2018, with the goal of opening his own restaurant one day, and to bring unique flavors to the Portland scene.
